User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information during booking and avoid any misuse of the platform. Service providers are responsible for maintaining professionalism, punctuality, and quality during service delivery.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a fee. Refunds are processed only for valid cases where services were not delivered or were canceled by the provider.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from services performed by third-party providers. Users are encouraged to verify provider credentials and communicate clearly before confirming a booking.
